Directions:  From Iowa  – take I-680 to the Dodge Expressway (Dodge W towards BoysTown) exit at 144th.  Turn R (North) on 144th to Eagle Run Drive (just past the fire station).  Turn L on Eagle Run Drive and immediate R into GrayHawk Pointe shopping.  We are on the top level, red sign stating “Dr. Carter Abbott’s Omaha Med Spa”.  If you hit Maple St., you have gone too far north.

Born in Canada 1959, grew up in Sarnia and Toronto Ontario.  Undergraduate training in Natural Sciences, Medical Degree in 1983 – University of Western Ontario, London, Canada.  Postgradualte training in Dept of Family Medicine/Byron Family Medical Center/St. Joseph’s Hospital – London Canada.  Emergency Room Physician 1984-2004 Chatham ONT, Onawa IA, Schuyler NE.  Family Physician 1985-2004 London ONT, Sloan IA, Dunlap IA, Clarkson NE (Alegent Health).  Vein Care Clinic/Omaha Med Spa 2005-present.  Urgent Care Clinic Physician, Midwest Minor Medical, Omaha NE 2005-present.  Board Certified FP American Association of Physician Specialists.  Educator in Hospice and HIV/AIDS 1992-1997 London Canada.  Former Medical Director of “London Medical Walk-In Clinic” and “John Gordon Home – Hospice Care”.  Married to Lenore Cuddy.  4 Children.

Born London, Canada.  Valedictorian Whiting High School – 2 years of undergraduate studies at University of Iowa -currently finishing her Bachelor’s degree at UNO.  Graduate of Omaha School of Massage Therapy – Licensed Massage Therapist.  Certified Medical Aid. 

Bio:  Lenore J. Cuddy

Born Toronto Canada, 1953.  Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Guelph, Canada.  Raised 4 children.  Married to Carter Abbott in 1990.  Moved to United States in 1997.  Loves dogs, her family and life in Nebraska.

Bio:    Ivonne R. Jones

Graduated from Capital School of Esthetics 2001, fluent in English and Spanish.  Completed Skin and Spa Service Training 2002 achieving expertise in make-up applications for special events such as weddings or proms.  Trained in Jane Iredale mineral skin care.  Licensed Esthetician in Nebraska.

Bio:  Vicki Billington

My name is Vicki Billington, better known in the Omaha area as “Ms. B”.  I have been in the beauty business for over 16 years and love it!  My passion for aesthetics and education is shared in my role as the Director of Esthetics at the Capitol School of Hairstyling and Esthetics in Omaha NE – where I have been an instructor for more than 10 years.  I am licensed in NE to perform Permanent Makeup, and have had the opportunity to service many clients in the area.  In addition I am trained as a Cosmetologist, Nail Technician, Massage Therapist and Esthetician.  I have also been the owner and operator of Attitudes Full Service Salon in Council Bluffs IA for the past 15 years.  I look forward to helping you save time and feel better about yourself with the enhancement that Permanent Cosmetics has to offer.
