Born in Canada 1959, grew up in Sarnia and Toronto Ontario.  Undergraduate training in Natural Sciences, Medical Degree in 1983 – University of Western Ontario, London, Canada.  Postgradualte training in Dept of Family Medicine/Byron Family Medical Center/St. Joseph’s Hospital – London Canada.  Emergency Room Physician 1984-2004 Chatham ONT, Onawa IA, Schuyler NE.  Family Physician 1985-2004 London ONT, Sloan IA, Dunlap IA, Clarkson NE (Alegent Health).  Vein Care Clinic/Omaha Med Spa 2005-present.  Urgent Care Clinic Physician, Midwest Minor Medical, Omaha NE 2005-2009.  Board Certified FP American Association of Physician Specialists.  Educator in Hospice and HIV/AIDS 1992-1997 London Canada.  Former Medical Director of “London Medical Walk-In Clinic” and “John Gordon Home – Hospice Care”.  Author of “The OWL Diet” published in 2010.  Married to Lenore Cuddy.  4 Children.  Dual Citizen of USA and Canada.

Born Toronto Canada, 1953.  Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Guelph, Canada.  Raised 4 children.  Married to Carter Abbott in 1990.  Moved to United States in 1997.  Loves dogs, her family and life in Nebraska.  Dual Citizen of USA and Canada

Bio:  Vicki Billington

Vicki Billington is better known in the Omaha area as “Ms. B”.  She has been in the beauty business for over 16 years and loves it!  Her passion for aesthetics and education is shared in her role as the Director of Esthetics at the Capitol School of Hairstyling and Esthetics in Omaha NE – where Vicki has been an instructor for more than 10 years.  Licensed in NE to perform Permanent Makeup, and has hundreds of satisfied clients.  Also trained as a Cosmetologist, Nail Technician, Massage Therapist and Esthetician.  Owner and operator of Attitudes Full Service Salon in Council Bluffs IA for the past 15 years.  Vicki looks forward to helping you save time and feel better about yourself with the enhancement that Permanent Cosmetics has to offer.
