Radiesse is a unique filler that stimulates your body to naturally deposit collagen.  On the day of service – folds, lines and creases are filled for an immmediate correction of volume.  On average the benefit lasts longer than HA products such as Restylane and Juvederm.  This product is ideal for the nasal folds, smile lines, upper and lower cheeks, and chin areas.  If you wish enhancement of the lips, we still highly recommend the use of Juvederm.

Before Radiesse to the Nasal Folds

“Before and After” Radiesse photos of actual clients of Omaha Med Spa are available by visitng with us.  (Check back soon for before and after photos on this page).   One advantage of Radiesse is that we can mix lidocaine (numbing solution) with the filler just prior to injection – and this improves the filler experience with a noticeable reduction in the discomfort of the injections.

Immediately After Radiesse to the Nasal Folds

As with any dermal filler, swelling and bruising of the treated area is typical and can vary greatly between individuals.  You can minimize the risk of bruising by stopping over the counter “blood thinners” for one week prior to having Radiesse (Ibuprofen, Advil, Motrin, Aleve, Naproxen, Fish Oil, Omega 3 Fatty Acids, ASA, Bayer Aspirin and Vitamin E – check with you doctor if you are unsure if it is safe to hold any of these medications).

After each Radiesse service, we offer complimentary Jane Iredale cosmetic camouflage of the treated area using “Corrective Colors” and Mineral Foundation.
