BOTOX Cosmetic Loyalty Program
As of Jan 1, 2009, all clients who receive Botox at our Current Regular Price of only $12 per unit will automatically be entered into the Botox Cosmetic Loyalty Program. After 5 visits for Botox, at $12/unit, your 6th visit will be free! * There is no expiry date on this program. The Botox Cosmetic Loyalty Program is not available at other med spas, and is a unique program created by Dr. Carter Abbott to thank our clients for their loyalty.
*the # of units for the 6th visit will be the average of the total number of units used over the previous 5 paid visits. There is no expiry for this program.
Interest Free Financing
We will continue with our popular program that allows you to finance any single day charge for $500 or higher*. This is not another credit card. You will sign a legally binding Finance Agreement and provide a Credit Card or Debit Card to be used. 50% is due on the day of service, 25% in approx 30 days, and the final 25% in approx 60 days. There are no hidden fees or charges. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Please note that the finance agreement may not be cancelled. *not availabe for use with The OWL Diet. Overdue accounts are charged interest at the rate of 2% per month, and accounts that are 6 months in default will go to a collections agency.
