As of Jan 1, 2009, all clients who receive Botox at our Current Regular Price of only $12 per unit will automatically be enterred into the  Botox Cosmetic Loyalty Program.  After 5 visits for Botox at the Omaha Med Spa, your 6th visit will be free! * There is no expiry date on this program.  The Botox Cosmetic Loyalty Program is not available at other med spas, and is a unique program created by Dr. Carter Abbott to thank our clients for their loyalty.

*the # of units for the 6th visit will be the average of the total number of units used over the previous 5 paid visits.  There is no expiry for this program.

Interest Free Financing

 We will continue with our popular program that allows you to finance any single day charge for $300 or higher.  This is not another credit card.  We simply ask you pay 60% on the day of service, 20% in approx 30 days, and the final 20% in approx 60 days.  There are no hidden fees or charges.  Only applies to regular price services.  Payment may be Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard American Express or Discover.  Not available on Permanent Cosmetic services.
